You can use your log in credentials (e-mail and password) to log on our service provider's site (www.ticketbreak.com) at the top of the navigation bar MY ACCOUNT to check all your past transaction histories, get copies of your receipts and change account info.

::: Payment Methods :::
We accept several methods of payment to including: American Express, MasterCard, and Visa.

::: Pricing and Availability :::
NOCTURNALMAGAZINE.NET sells tickets on behalf of promoters, and venues, which means Nocturnal does not set the ticket price. Nocturnal does not control the inventory or availability of tickets to any given event.

::: Service Charges :::
Tickets purchased on NOCTURNALMAGAZINE.NET are subject to a per ticket, non-refundable service charge.

::: Cancelled Events :::
Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter or venue due to weather conditions or situations affecting the staff or audience. When this occurs, NOCTURNALMAGAZINE.NET and our service provider TICKETBREAK.COM make every effort to ensure you receive a prompt refund of the ticket price and associated convenience charge (the per ticket service charge is not refundable) if applicable. If an event is cancelled, please Contact us for information on receiving a refund. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. Contact us for exact instructions.

::: Refunds and Exchanges :::
Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event selection. Policies set forth by our clients prohibit NOCTURNALMAGAZINE.NET and TICKETBREAK.COM from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets.

::: Delivery of Tickets and Will Call :::
If delivery through the mail if applicable for selected event, please allow at least 14 days after your order is made to receive your tickets. If you have not received your tickets within 48 hours of the event, please Contact us.

Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for a ticket order that can delay processing and delivery. If your tickets are at Will Call, you will need to present your TICKETBREAK.COM confirmation number, the credit card used to purchase tickets and a picture identification.
